Experience
: Minimum of 15 yearsof progressive experience in risk management, with a demonstrable track record in:
Developing and implementing enterprise-wide ERM frameworks and Risk Registers.
Complex, large-scale capital projects (ideally within real estate development, construction, or major infrastructure).
Operational risk management within asset-intensive industries (hospitality, real estate operations, retail management highly desirable).
Applying advanced quantitative risk analysis tools, specifically including @Risk (or equivalent like Crystal Ball, Palisade Decision Tools).
Working within a global context and understanding cross-border risks.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the real estate development lifecycle (acquisition, planning, design, construction, sales/leasing, handover, operations) and the specific risks at each stage, particularly within the luxury/high-end mixed-use sector. Knowledge of hospitality and retail operations risks is a significant advantage
Technical Skills:
Expert proficiency in risk modeling and simulation software (@Risk mandatory).
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities.
Proficiency with risk management information systems (RMIS) and GRC platforms.
Understanding of relevant insurance markets and products.
