is looking for

Senior Risk Manager (Luxury Mixed-Use Global Destination Development & Management)

in

Doha, Qatar

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Master's degree (MSc, MBA) or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP, PSP, CCP) strongly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years

of progressive experience in project controls, with a demonstrable track record in:

Developing, managing, and analyzing

complex, multi-billion dollar project schedules

using

Oracle Primavera P6 (P6)

. (Advanced P6 expertise is

non-negotiable

). Large-scale, mixed-use real estate development projects (ideally including luxury hospitality, high-end residential, and retail components). The entire project lifecycle, from feasibility/concept through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, and operational transition. Implementing and managing integrated project controls systems (schedule, cost, risk). Applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and reporting. Working in a global environment and managing international project schedules.

Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of luxury real estate development processes, construction methodologies, FF&E procurement, pre-opening activities, and operational handover requirements.

Technical Skills:

Expert Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 (P6)

including resource/cost loading, risk analysis integration, and reporting modules. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (understanding integration/limitations vs. P6). Advanced Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, macros, data analysis). Strong understanding of cost control principles and integration with scheduling. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools for reporting. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and its interface with scheduling (4D) is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills (C-suite, Board, Project Teams, Consultants, Contractors). Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across diverse functions and cultures. Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. High level of integrity and professional ethics.

Highly Desirable:

Experience with delay analysis methodologies (e.g., Time Impact Analysis). Experience managing project controls on projects involving complex enabling works, heritage elements, or challenging site logistics. Experience with cloud-based project controls platforms or P6 EPPM. Experience in luxury hospitality or retail operational scheduling/planning. Fluency in multiple languages relevant to company operations
