Develop and implement reward structures that align with business objectives and market benchmarks.Design and manage performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.Lead organisational development initiatives, including workforce planning and succession planning.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of rewards and OD strategies with company goals.Conduct compensation reviews and recommend adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.Provide expert advice on job evaluations, grading structures, and salary frameworks.Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements in rewards and organisational practices.Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in HR practices.
Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
Retail or Real estate industry experience (especially incentive design tied to commissions)10+ years experienceStrong focus on rewards and compensation.Agility, logical thinker, commercially minded, modern/forward-thinking.
