This role supports executing compensation programs, job architecture, and workforce structure initiatives while ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment through PMO coordination and reporting. Key Responsibilities Total Rewards
Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including the annual merit increase and bonus cycles.
Collect, validate, and analyze compensation data to support internal equity assessments and external market benchmarking.
Support in preparing dashboards and reports related to salaries, benefits, headcount, and total workforce costs.
Assist in audit documentation and ensure compliance with compensation policies and local regulations.
Monitor compensation trends and regulatory changes and support their integration into existing policies and practices.
Coordinate reward initiatives across departments, ensuring timely and accurate data flow for decision-making.
Contribute to the development of salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits frameworks under guidance from senior team members.
Organization Structure & Development
Support the maintenance and documentation of organizational structures, including hierarchies and reporting relationships.
Assist in conducting job analysis and updating job descriptions to reflect role responsibilities and alignment with the operating model.
Participate in job evaluation and grading activities, supporting consistency across functions and business units.
Track and manage organizational design requests and status updates, facilitating coordination across teams.
Contribute to organization assessment exercises by preparing data on spans of control, organizational layers, and role counts.
Help maintain a centralized job architecture repository and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
PMO & Project Support
Provide project coordination support for key HR initiatives, ensuring proper planning, execution tracking, and reporting.
Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables for compensation and OD-related initiatives.
Develop and maintain PMO dashboards to track KPIs, task completion, and budget status.
Facilitate stakeholder communications and status meetings, documenting decisions, follow-ups, and action items.
Prepare executive summaries and progress updates for leadership and governance forums.
Develop and manage centralized job architecture frameworks and ensure consistency across business units.
