Job Description

The Senior Rewards and Organisational Development Specialist will lead the design and implementation of reward strategies, performance management frameworks, and organisational development initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's Human Resources practices within the retail/ real estate sector.

Develop and implement reward structures that align with business objectives and market benchmarks.
Design and manage performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Lead organisational development initiatives, including workforce planning and succession planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of rewards and OD strategies with company goals.
Conduct compensation reviews and recommend adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.
Provide expert advice on job evaluations, grading structures, and salary frameworks.
Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements in rewards and organisational practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in HR practices.

10+ years experience
