We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiter with strong experience in the Facility Management industry, including solid exposure within the GCC region.
The successful candidate will handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, covering bulk hiring, talent sourcing, and candidate management, ensuring timely onboarding of qualified professionals to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and execute full-cycle recruitment activities in alignment with the company's workforce plans and business priorities.
Organize and oversee high-volume hiring initiatives, including mass recruitment campaigns across various Facility Management disciplines.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and department managers, offering insights on talent acquisition strategies, manpower planning, and optimization.
Create and implement innovative sourcing approaches to attract high-quality candidates through job portals, social networks, professional connections, and referral programs.
Track, evaluate, and report recruitment performance metrics to identify hiring trends, process gaps, and areas for improvement.
Handle complex negotiation processes--including salary discussions, offer management, and employment terms--ensuring competitive and compliant hiring practices.
Maintain strict compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and HR standards throughout all recruitment activities.
Coach and support junior recruiters, promoting a skilled, efficient, and high-performing recruitment team.
Recommend enhancements to recruitment processes, tools, and systems to elevate the overall talent acquisition function.
Represent the company at job fairs, networking sessions, and industry events to strengthen and promote the employer brand.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced HR certifications are advantageous.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive recruitment experience, preferably within Facility Management or related service sectors in the GCC.
Demonstrated success in bulk hiring, large-scale recruitment, and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, tools, and modern talent acquisition methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to independently run full-cycle recruitment and make informed, strategic hiring decisions.
Must be currently in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
