The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts across Deyari's facility management portfolio. This role focuses on
soft services (cleaning, housekeeping, support staff), hard services (MEP, HVAC, maintenance), and integrated FM solutions
for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
The Sales Manager must have
prior experience in facility management sales in the UAE
and a
valid UAE driving license
for client visits, presentations, and site inspections.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, retail, and mixed-use sectors.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, referrals, and industry events.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals within target timelines.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular client review meetings to ensure service quality and contract renewals.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Provide inputs to management on new service offerings, pricing adjustments, and strategic direction.
Sales Planning & Reporting
Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with business goals.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure proposals are feasible and profitable.
Coordinate mobilization of new contracts with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum
5-7 years of sales experience in Facility Management industry
(UAE/GCC preferred).
Proven track record in selling both
soft & hard services
(cleaning, MEP, maintenance, support staff).
Strong network of property developers, real estate companies, and corporate clients.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid
UAE driving license
is mandatory.
