Essentials:



At least 2-5 years' experience in the UAE

Proven experience in Reception at Facility Management field.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Strong customer services skills and knows how to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.

Know how to operate telephone switchboard, faxes, scanning, printing etc

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to follow specific, outlined and detailed procedures. Contributions are usually limited to routine and assignment-related activities.

Visa Status:

Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid) Employment Visa with at least 1 month notice, or any one can join as soon as possible.

Passport

should be valid for more than 6 months.

Driving License:

preferred driving license

Location:

In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face to Face Interview in Dubai.

Age:

between 30 - 45 yrs old

Salary:

To be discussed depending on the interview and experience.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
