Senior Real Estate Agents

Note: This position is currently open to Hindi & Urdu speaking candidates only, due to specific market targeting and team requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve team and individual targets. Build and maintain a high-net-worth client portfolio. Conduct property viewings, offer expert consultations, and close deals with confidence. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities. Foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business and client referrals. Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance and pipeline activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market. Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.

What We Offer:

Basic Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 5,000 (based on experience) Commission: From 60 % to 80% Leadership opportunities with potential to grow and manage your own team.
