Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to oversee and guide our growing team of real estate agents. The ideal candidate will be a real estate professional with a proven track record in sales, leadership, and team development. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for , coaching, and motivating agents to achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional client service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, support, and manage a team of real estate agents to ensure individual and team sales performance. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team huddles, and training sessions. Monitor agent productivity and provide feedback, coaching, and resources for improvement.

Sales Strategy & Performance

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed goals. Track team metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and conversion.

Client & Transaction Oversight

Ensure agents provide top-tier service to buyers and sellers. Assist with complex transactions, negotiations, or escalations as needed.

Training & Development

Deliver ongoing professional development, industry updates, and best practices. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales. Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. High level of integrity and professionalism. Comfortable with CRM systems, MLS platforms, and digital tools.

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
