motivated and experienced Real Estate Team Leader
to join our growing team in Dubai

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Dubai
Strong background in off-plan sales
Proven leadership and team management skills
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent knowledge of the Dubai property market
Strong communication, coaching, and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of off-plan property consultants
Set sales targets and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded
Train team members on project knowledge and closing techniques
Monitor daily performance and provide regular feedback
Collaborate with marketing and admin to streamline lead flow and deal processing
Stay updated on market trends and new project launches
