About the Role:

The Real Estate Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the performance and professional development of a team of real estate agents. This includes recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve individual and team sales goals. The Team Leader also plays a key role in fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:



Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to team members. Set clear performance expectations and monitor individual and team progress. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss market trends, sales strategies, and team goals. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment. Resolve team conflicts and address performance issues.

Sales & Business Development:



Generate leads and contribute to team sales goals. Develop and implement team sales strategies. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Assist agents with complex transactions and negotiations Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
Training & Development:

Develop and deliver training programs on sales techniques, market knowledge, and company procedures. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for team members. Encourage and support agents in pursuing continuing education and certifications.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:



Track and analyze team performance metrics, including sales volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Prepare regular reports on team progress and identify areas for improvement. Conduct performance reviews with individual team members.
Qualifications and Skills:

Active Real Estate license. Proven track record of success in real estate sales. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training others. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of the local real estate market. Ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate technology.
