Investor & Client Management
Leverage an existing
network of HNWIs, family offices, and professional investors
Conduct investor presentations, site visits, and deal walkthroughs
Advise clients on pricing, market positioning, and exit strategies
Build and maintain long-term investor relationships
Market Intelligence & Advisory
Provide real-time insights on
pricing, absorption, demand trends, and comparable transactions
Advise on optimal sales strategy, unit mix, and launch timing
Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and consultants on SPAs and documentation
Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD, and relevant regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting
Required Experience & Profile
5+ years
experience as a real estate broker in Dubai or the wider UAE
Demonstrated experience in
selling land and townhouses
Proven access to
ready investors
(not only lead-based brokerage)
Strong understanding of
off-plan sales, development economics, and investor returns
Track record of closing mid-to-large ticket transactions
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
