About us: Join The Royal Nest Homes, a leading Dubai Brokerage. We're hiring motivated Real Estate Agents, for sale and leasing roles.

Overall Responsibilities Include:

- Source, Manage, and Convert Leads into Property Buyers

- Conduct Property Viewings and Client Meetings

- Maintain Strong Relationships with Clients and Developers

- Stay Updated with Dubai's Real Estate Market Trends and Inventory

- Negotiate and Close Sales Professionally and Efficiently

Requirements Include :

- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English (Arabic is a Plus)

- Minimum 1-2 years of Experience in Sales (Real Estate Preferred)

- Good Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills

- Proactive, Disciplined, and Performance-Focused Attitude

- Familiar with CRM systems and Digital Communication Tools

- A UAE Drivers License (Preferred)
