Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a results-oriented and knowledgeable Real Estate Broker specializing in off-plan property sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE's off-plan market, excellent client management skills, and the ability to close high-value deals with investors and end-users. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties from leading UAE developers
Build and maintain relationships with investors, end-users, and developers
Provide clients with expert advice on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends
Conduct presentations, site visits, and virtual tours for prospective buyers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming off-plan projects in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE
Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies and client expectations
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to generate leads and manage client pipelines
Represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's off-plan market and developer offerings
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
RERA or DMT certification preferred
