Key Responsibilities:
Showcase Secondary properties to potential clients and provide them with the necessary information to make informed decisions
Follow up on leads and inquiries and convert them into sales
Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide them with exceptional customer service
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends and developments
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
*1-3 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of sales success
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of Secondary property sales in Dubai is a plus
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle
