Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documents for interior fit-out projects.
Post-Contract Responsibilities:
Monitor project costs and compare with budgets regularly.
Track and evaluate variations, claims, and additional costs.
Certify interim and final payment valuations.
Process payments to contractors and suppliers.
Manage and document change orders and variations.
Prepare final accounts and closeout documentation.
Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quality.
Provide regular financial and progress reports to stakeholders.
Ensure contractual and legal compliance throughout the project.
Develop project budgets and cost plans.
Conduct value engineering to optimize costs.
Analyze tender documents and specifications.
Assist in contractor and supplier selection through tender evaluation.
Negotiate contract terms with contractors and suppliers.
Prepare and review bills of quantities and contractual documentation.
Assess project feasibility and conduct risk analysis.
