Key Requirements:
Minimum
5 years
of experience in
interior fit-out
quantity surveying.
Experience working with a
typical, stable fit-out contractor
(not project-to-project freelancers).
Strong portfolio of completed projects in the
commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, and F&B sectors
.
Excellent knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, BOQ preparation, variations, and final accounts.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
