Quantity Surveyor - Interior Fit-Out / Joinery

We are looking for an experienced

Quantity Surveyor

to join our Interior Fit-Out/Joinery division in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in cost control, estimation, and project commercial management for interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for interior fit-out and joinery works Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to identify cost impacts Handle subcontractor comparisons, negotiations, and finalization Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow Prepare interim valuations, progress payments, and final accounts Manage variations, claims, and change orders Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams Ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

in

Interior Fit-Out / Joinery projects

Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and joinery works Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant QS software Good understanding of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction standards Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience handling high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality fit-out projects Immediate or short notice availability is an advantage
