Job Description
As part of my clients strategic growth plans in the GCC, they are looking to onboard an MRICS Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to undertake an exciting opportunity in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Our Client offers an environment to progress your career as a senior quantity surveyor whilst working on the region\'s most exciting and dynamic projects. They are a global construction consultancy firm highly respected within the industry.
A successful a MRICS senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager will have :

A successful a MRICS senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager will have :
- Proven track record of 8 to 10+ years\' experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Managment.
- Consulting experience working for highly regarded organisations (e.g Gulf Cooperation Council).
- Experience in team management. End-to-end experience in managing a cost team.
- Cross-sector experience in hospitality, commercial or residential.
- Chartered status MRICS (or equivalent) or working towards chartered status (required).
- Regional experience as a MRICS Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager (desired).
- Available to start in Q3 or beginning of Q4.
