Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager

Job Description
Our client is a well-established consultant working on a high profile aviation project. As part of their strategic growth plans, they are seeking to recruit several experienced senior quantity surveyors/cost managers who have strong infrastructure consultancy experience, effective communication skills, and strong leadership abilities. These individuals will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the quantity surveying team, ensuring successful project delivery in accordance with structured growth plans.
A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager will have:

A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager will have:
- Proven track record - at least 10 years\' experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
- Chartership is required (e.g. MRICS, AIQS, etc).
- International education and experience is desirable.
- Confident with cost estimation software such as CostX.
- Exceptional level of professionalism, highly organised and focused on effectively managing client interaction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong pre-contract experience is essential with post contract experience is desirable.
- Portfolio of infrastructure experience is essential (e.g. airports, terminals and tunnels).
- Familiarity with the FIDIC Red Book.
- Major cost centre market experience.
- Available to ASAP / In Q3.
