Job Description
Our client is a highly respected cost and multi-disciplinary contractor looking to invest in and onboard a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager. Our client operations and offices in 30 countries. As part of our clients growth plans for the region they are searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager with a track record who they can progress into a more senior role with support and guidance.
A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager will have:

A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager will have:
- At least 10 years\' experience in working in cost / contracts management with a minimum of 2 to 3 years in the GCC
- Must come from strong main contractor background
- High level of professionalism, particularly managing client relationships and maintaining confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Chartership is desired but not required
- Marine & infrastructure, renewable energy and governmental infrastructure is highly desirable
- Quantity surveying degree OR RICS accredited degree
