A successful a MRICS Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager will have :

• Proven track record of +5 years\' experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost management.
• Consulting experience working for highly regarded organizations (e.g Gulf Cooperation Council).
• Experience in team management. End-to-end experience in managing a cost team.
• Cross-sector experience in hospitality, commercial or residential.
• Chartered status MRICS (or equivalent) or working towards chartered status (desired).
• Regional experience as an MRICS Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager (desired).
• Available to start within the next 3 months or sooner.
