Role Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will direct all unit managers to ensure full compliance with all project requirements and secure the successful execution of the project overseeing all aspects of the project simultaneously.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and direct all unit managers to ensure full compliance with all project requirements.
- Secure the successful execution of projects.
- Accountable and fully responsible in meeting project objectives.
- Develop strategic planning of multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience.
- PMP certificate is a must.
- Buildings and the infrastructure industries and mega projects management.
- Leadership in managing projects and integrating them in an overall scheme.
- Demonstrated experience and management skills in managing and coordinating activities in-house, multi-licensors, and third parties.
- Overall knowledge of project planning and execution management.
- Talent Development.
- Mentoring and Coaching skills.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Financial Knowledge.
