Project & Development Services - MENA
JLL Project & Development Services (P&DS) MENA provides consulting, design, management and build services to tenant and owners, leveraging technology and digital solutions to drive outstanding service delivery.
We bring a life-cycle perspective to our clients, from development solutions to our core services in programme, project and cost management and consulting in digital solutions, tenancy management, sustainability, leisure & entertainment, and workplace & design.
Role Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our P&DS team based in Riyadh, KSA. This role will be responsible for delivering residential villa projects, design and construction stages as part of a large programme.
What this job involves
Reporting to a Director as part of a team undertaking day to day delivery.
Support the development of the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project.
Fully manage and handle local government approvals process.
Administer building contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.
Adhere to project documentation, programs, master budget etc.
Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.
Deliver projects maintaining focus on time, cost and quality.
Monitor and report on the contractor's progress against the contract program.
Manage dilapidation / LDC, FLS etc... consultant teams to ensure that deliverables are being submitted on time.
Manage consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract.

Degree Qualification is preferred but not essential.
Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential (CIOB).
Experience in design & construction of residential villa projects.
Experience in managing on site construction in the region.
Major international project experience is essential.
Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.
International safety qualification / recognition an advantage but not essential.
