Role Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with MEP background to join our P&DS team in Riyadh, KSA. This role will assist the client to obtain CDC and CC on a number of existing properties / buildings in KSA, including collecting, collating and filing all related documentation in a controlled document management system.
What this job involves
Reporting to the Project Director and undertake day to day delivery.
Review existing client documentation and establish what is available in terms of CDC and CC documentation.
Propose a shortlist of suitable CC and CDC consultants.
Prepare RFP documents, including Consulting Agreement and Scope.
Prepare Scoring Matrix: Technical and Commercial for appointment of Consultants.
Manage the RFP process.
Manage tender process.
Receive RFIs and queries and reply.
Prepare Consultant selection recommendation based on Assessment Panel agreement.
Administration of the Consultants' Contract.
Monitoring status and reporting to the client.
Establish, oversee and ensure accurate updating of the CDC and CC Matrix.
Propose and set up a filing and recording system (Aconex).
Bring current and future documentation together into the filing system.

Degree Qualification is preferred but not essential.
Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential (CIOB).
Major international project experience is essential.
MEP with fire safety experience an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.
International safety qualification / recognition an advantage but not essential.
