Job Description
Role Summary:
The Project Manager will plan and allocate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Position Location: Khobar, Eastern Province, KSA
Industry: Engineering, Project and Construction Management
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and direct all unit managers to ensure full compliance with all project requirements.
- Secure the successful execution of projects.
- Accountable and fully responsible in meeting project objectives.
- Develop strategic planning of multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- PMP certificate is a must.
- Buildings and the infrastructure industries and mega projects management.
- Leadership in managing projects and integrating them in an overall scheme.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating activities in-house, multi-licensors, and third parties.
- Overall knowledge of project planning and execution management.
- Talent Development.
- Mentoring and Coaching skills.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Financial Knowledge.
