Project Architect/Interior Designer - Interior & Fit-out Experience Only
Job description / Responsibilities
Conceptualize design,3D renders, presentations and Hand sketches Develops interiors concepts and space planning based on client vision, desire, and architectural concept To prepare, and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design, clients and other internal departments/sub-contractors. Prepare the material list, BOQ, and quotation for the clients Execution of the project as per plan and Prepare project schedule. Prepare variations and submit for approval. Organizing and attending meetings relating to the project Control the cost as per budget and Monitor material coordination between production, design and sales department. Handle authority approvals of local agencies (drawing approvals) and Correspondence with client/ consultants/ subcontractors.
Candidates Requirements (Must have)
Project Architect / Interior Designer who have experienced in residential, commercial, F&B, hospitality, and villa projects
for
Fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers & Materials. Proficient in Auto Cad, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator, V-Ray , Lumion, or other design programsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 04/08/2025
