Job Description

:

Conceptualize design,3D renders, presentations and Hand sketches Develop concept design and space planning and Prepares detailed working drawings, mood boards and other documents relating to the project. The designer will be responsible for managing the design functions on Fit out projects as assigned including liaising with the clients and other internal departments/sub-contractors and coordinate for execution of the project . Prepare the material list, BOQ, Quotations, variations and submit for approval to the client Control the cost as per budget and Monitor material coordination between production, design and sales department. Handle authority approvals of local agencies (drawing approvals) and Correspondence with client/ consultants/ subcontractors.

Candidates Requirements (Must have)

Project Architect / Interior Designer who have experienced in residential, commercial, F&B, hospitality, and villa projects

Proficient in Auto Cad, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs Experienced in Negotiations and agreeing budgets and time-scales Thorough knowledge of Architectural/Joinery and interior designing for 2D/3D plans, detailed shop drawings for Civil/MEP/joinery for interior & fit-out Projects. Must have Knowledge in interior and Fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers & Materials. Able to use

ALL

of the following: 3D Max, V-ray Render Engine, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft office in an expert level specially Excel
