Project Architect / Interior Designer Or Coordinator - Required Having Experience in Interior and Fitout works

Role Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading creative and technical aspects of interior fit-out projects, including but not limited to:

Conceptualizing and delivering 3D visualizations, mood boards, hand sketches, and client-facing presentations Developing interior design concepts and space planning aligned with client vision and functional requirements Preparing detailed technical and working drawings for architecture, MEP, and joinery works Managing the full design execution cycle, including coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments Creating BOQs, material lists, cost estimations, and client quotations Developing and maintaining project timelines, and overseeing implementation in line with project goals Ensuring compliance with documentation standards, inspection protocols, and local authority approval processes Coordinating with procurement and production teams to manage material flow and cost control effectively

Requirements

Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with a minimum of 3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out (residential, commercial, F&B, hospitality, villa projects) Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max with V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, fit-out specifications, materials, and project approvals Proven ability to manage client relationships, budget controls, and project scheduling Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
