Project Architect / Interior Designer - Required Having Experience in Interior and Fitout works
:
Conceptualise interior & Exterior design, 3D renders, presentations and Hand sketches
Develops interiors and exterior concepts based on client vision, desire, and architectural concept
Prepares detailed working drawings & mood boards and other documents relating to the design
Prepare the material list, BOQ, and Quotations and variations submit for approval to the client
Handle authority approvals of local agencies (drawing approvals) and Correspondence with client/ consultants/ subcontractors.
Candidates Requirements (Must have)
Project Architect / Interior Designer who have experienced in residential,commercial, F&B, hospitality, and villa projects
.
Proficient in Auto Cad, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs
Experienced in Negotiations and agreeing budgets and time-scales
Thorough knowledge of Architectural/Joinery and interior designing for 2D/3D plans, detailed shop drawings for Civil/MEP/joinery for interior & fit-out Projects.
Able to use
ALL
of the following: 3D Max, V-ray Render Engine, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft office in an expert level
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
