What will you be doing? As Senior Program Manager you will be part of one of CSM Middle East's most prestigious projects - working with Abu Dhabi Sports Council and other key Abu Dhabi stakeholders to create and deliver long term behaviour change program to get the population of the emirate active and to lead a more holistic, healthy and active lifestyle. In the words of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council General Secretary this is "the most important project for his organisation for the next 3-5 years".

Responsibilities include input into the implementation phases of the program together with ongoing planning. Your role is to oversee the delivery of all verticals of the program and connect and align with each of the project managers responsible for each vertical to ensure that the program remains on track with the deliverables, timelines and budget. The project verticals of the program are summarised as:

Brand Digital and Data Marketing & Comms Community engagement Events Commercial / Partnerships Stakeholder engagement

A CSM advisory function is in place made up of senior representatives of the CSM team which you will become part of and be responsible for setting the agenda and talking through key successes, risks and mitigations. You will oversee the reporting dynamics of the program, as well as defining and managing program governance.

Core Program Management:

.Overseeing the development of program timelines, monthly budgets, personnel and client reporting .Overseeing program planning, deliverables, execution and task management .Overseeing the management of KPI setting, track progress and evaluate with the client .Overseeing regular program and status updates with key client contacts .Identifying program blockages, scope and budget creep and flagging these at the earliest occasion .Managing multiple workstreams in delivering the implementation plan developed .Hold update meetings with the workstream leads as a group and separately with the workstream teams

Other responsibilities & skillsets:

.Ensure that there is a constantly evolving stakeholder engagement strategy to ensure the delivery of AD360 through the channels of partners and stakeholders .Work cross functionally with support services to ensure compliance (Legal, Finance, Senior Management) throughout the project implementation, taking necessary approvals where necessary .Specialist skillsets welcomed to work across other areas of the project (e.g. community outreach / marketing etc.) .Feed into the development of the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Framework that will measure the impact of the program on behaviours of the target audiences .Strong interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills .Ability to keep track of all deliverables and deadlines, keep track of all ongoing projects, complete status reports .Quality control - ensuring standards of service are consistent and of an expected quality .Strong communications and management to ensure clear lines of communication with other team members

The skills and experience you will need .A Strong background knowledge on behaviour change techniques, models and evaluation practices .Experience of delivering programs that have successfully delivered measurable behaviour change at regional or national level. .+10 years' experience in Project and Program Management (sports and/or behaviour change programs preferable) .Ability to develop creative approaches and the ops-mindset to realize them - a strategic and problem-solving mindset .Strong client management skills - ability to manage clients and gain trust and respect of senior clients .Presentation skills (both written and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers including use of Microsoft PowerPoint .Excellent project management, organization, communication and writing skills

.Ability to multi-task, while using good judgment in prioritizing responsibilities .Proven ability to prioritise and delegate .Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines .Outstanding written and oral communications skills .Working knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word and cloud sharing programs .Fluent in English, written and spoken, Arabic preferable. Willingness to work and be based in Abu Dhabi .The role requires someone that can be effective working within large project teams cross-functionally, is comfortable working outside of company offices (self motivated), is detail oriented and enjoys working within a collaborative team environment.
