Job summary

Amazon Web Services seeks a passionate, results-oriented Commercial Program Manager to support our international expansion planning and implementation in EMEA.

You will work key details with internal sales leaders and functional teams (e.g., legal, tax, facilities, finance, human resources) to develop our international expansion priorities, business cases for new entities, and carefully monitor the implementation steps over the first year of a country entry.

• Able to lead projects on behalf of cross-functional teams in their organization from origination to delivery.

• Leads projects and ensures successful execution in an interdisciplinary environment, partners with business leaders and team members, including Account Managers, Solutions Architects and Professional Services, etc., to deliver on objectives.

• Strong knowledge of project management lifecycle and framework.

• Identifies reporting issues, gaps in processes, sales and technical readiness and drive timely resolutions.

• Defines the key sales support systems/mechanisms required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives.

• Leads and reviews the end to end execution of territory planning, sales quota setting, sales compensation management, OP1, revenue planning, headcount planning, goals planning, MBO target setting and budgeting.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, planning and operations, international expansion, international projects, or compliance program management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in business-related field, law, or contracting.
• Experience working with cloud computing and/or SaaS technology.
• Experience with international expansion business cases.
• International corporate development experience Consulting experience.
