A leading Chemical company is actively recruiting a Senior Production Executive for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Oversee all aspects of production processes ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Involve in developing daily production plans, schedules, and strategies to optimize production efficiency.
- Conduct thorough testing of chemical parameters of lubricant additives after production to verify quality and consistency.
- Lead and manage production team members providing guidance and support to enhance their skills, and productivity and achieve production goals.
- Ensure production operations align with SOP and compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Liaise with the logistics and procurement team to manage and maintain inventory levels within the production plant.
- Prepare and maintain production-related documents, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a specialty chemical distributor plant within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, utility maintenance, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
