Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement for operations supply & equipment (OSE)
Source and negotiate with suppliers for kitchen equipment and tableware
Ensure timely availability of operational supplies as per business needs
Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
Coordinate with operations teams on demand planning and requirements
Ensure cost control, quality standards, and compliance
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
