Senior Procurement Officer

to lead our purchasing strategy across all divisions.

Role Overview:

The Senior Procurement Officer will oversee and manage the full procurement cycle, ensuring the timely and cost-effective purchasing of equipment, consumables, and services across our salon, F&B, and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have

strong UAE market knowledge

,

robust vendor networks

, and

extensive experience in multi-category procurement

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies across salon, restaurant, and maintenance categories. Source, negotiate, and contract with reliable suppliers for beauty products, salon equipment, food & beverage items, uniforms, tools, and facility maintenance materials. Ensure timely procurement of quality products at the best possible prices. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; evaluate vendor performance regularly. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations to forecast procurement needs. Liaise with salon managers, chefs, and maintenance teams to understand requirements. Ensure compliance with UAE procurement laws, health and safety regulations, and internal SOPs. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement efficiency initiatives. Maintain accurate procurement records and generate periodic reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 7+ years of professional procurement experience

, with

at least 3 years in the UAE

. Prior experience in

salon, F&B, or facilities management procurement

is

highly preferred

. Strong knowledge of UAE supplier markets and import/export regulations. Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills. Proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
