Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Procurement Officer

to oversee the purchasing and supply chain functions for hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing and procuring

OS&E, kitchen equipment, and tableware

items, with strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete procurement process from requisition to delivery. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Handle purchasing of OS&E, kitchen equipment, and tableware for hospitality projects. Review purchase requests and issue purchase orders in a timely manner. Monitor supplier performance and maintain positive vendor relationships. Coordinate with finance and operations teams on order tracking and payments. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards. Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. Utilize

SAP ERP

or similar software to manage procurement documentation and reporting.
Requirements

Must have a

valid Qatar ID (QID)

. Must be

currently based in Qatar

.

Immediate availability

is required. Minimum

3-5 years of procurement experience

, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proven experience in

OS&E, kitchen equipment, and tableware procurement

. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in

SAP ERP

or other procurement systems is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in

Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
