Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Arranging OOK inspection if feasible. Arranging IK inspection quickly & obtain RMC letters on fast track basis. This will include all Vessels (including supporting spreads). Liaison with Client for obtaining Fuel when there is a delay. Help to obtain Documentation approvals on timely manner. This includes all marine deliverables including Provisional approvals for vessels & barges. Organize Rig move meetings Assist us in helping to obtain Pier access, Blanket permits, Gate passes, material passes where possible. In case of Vessels getting stuck in RT Customs for any reason, we may need his assistance to help us to the max possible. Assist the marine team for getting TQ's, SDR's, etc., approvals in timely manner. Assist Beach Pull teams for obtaining onshore permits, relevant gate passes & organize Alignment meetings with concerned stake holders inside the company ( Aramco). Organize Alignment meetings for every mobilization with the concerned stake holders inside the company (Aramco) & spear head the mobilization campaign. At the outset, we should not encounter any delays. Organize Alignment meetings with Tanajib Port superintendents for Pipe Load out operations & assist the marine team in obtaining relevant approvals.
