Senior Principal Completions Spec (Fab) - (2203639)
Job Overview: Responsible for managing completion and preservation operations processes. Functionally reporting to Functional Commissioning Manager. Responsible for providing and managing completion management system to projects, validating, managing, and delivering the completion database and preservation activities across the projects.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, managing the Completions management software (CMS) for the project such as PIMS, ICAPS, CO-Console.
- Liaise with IT (Information Technology) team and CMS system vendor to ensure timely update to software in accordance to offshore operations requirement and CMS system is established.
- Responsible for validating commissioning engineering such as define system boundaries (LOSH) and project system database development (Mechanical completions, pre-commissioning and commissioning database).
- Responsible for managing preservation activities for project material.
- Responsible for interfacing with engineering design for completions management system requirements and ensure compatibility.
- Manage and supervise day to day completions activities for all disciplines, systems and provide detail reports to all stake holders.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including the Project commissioning Manager, Engineering Manager, Fabrication Manager and Quality manager.
- Provide support to Commissioning function to Develop processes, policies and procedures related to completions management.
- Provide expertise to CMS operators and preservation group, provide guidance to team and develop succession plan for resources.
- Mange interfaces with other functions.
- Responsible for developing completion procedures, provide and or obtain inputs to from engineering.
- Participate in project close out process including recording lessons learned, best practices of the project.
- Experience: Years 12 +
- Industry Experience: Oil & Gas – Onshore and Offshore,
- Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering Or Equivalent Industry Experience.
- Key Skills: Commissioning, Project Management, Stakeholder management.
- Soft skills – Emotional Intelligence and Negotiations
- Middle East
