About the Role

Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

to take full ownership of our Google Ads initiatives.

What You'll Do

Take full ownership of multiple Google Ads accounts - covering both lead generation and ecommerce - by managing every aspect from strategy to execution, including:

Strategy and execution

: Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.

Consistent Optimization

: Consistently test, refine, and enhance campaigns and funnels for maximum ROI.

Cross-functional collaboration

: Work with content, product, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.

Performance analysis

: Generate and present detailed performance reports to leadership, turning insights into actionable strategies.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns Proven success managing Google Ads with budgets exceeding $30,000 per month Advanced knowledge of Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaign types Good copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive ad content Expertise in setting up and optimizing conversion tracking, using GTM and GA4 Strong analytical skills and an ability to generate, interpret, and act on data-driven reports Proven track record in both lead generation and ecommerce performance marketing Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with full professional fluency in English speaking and writing.

Other Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing campaigns in the GCC market Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) Experience with ERP & CRM systems

An English language proficiency assessment A practical task or test demonstrating your Google Ads campaign management and optimization skills
Successful completion of these assessments will be followed by an online interview with our Performance Marketing Manager.
