About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused

Performance Marketing Specialist

to spearhead our paid media efforts across multiple channels. In this strategic leadership role, you'll manage high-impact campaigns, guide a talented team, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results for a variety of clients and industries.

What You'll Do:

Develop and manage multi-channel paid strategies (Google, Meta, Display, YouTube, Programmatic) Lead and mentor a team of marketers and media buyers Oversee budgets and ensure strong ROI Drive A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies Monitor performance, report results, and present insights Work with creative and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns Support new business pitches and client onboarding Stay ahead of industry trends and tools

What You'll Bring:

5+ years in performance marketing, including 3+ in a senior or leadership role Proven success managing large budgets and delivering strong ROI Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of attribution and reporting Leadership and team management experience Excellent client communication and presentation skills An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for results
