Leader to take full ownership of our paid media strategy and performance. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing large-scale advertising budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms. You must have a proven background working at top-tier agencies and/or on high-growth eCommerce or consumer brands, ideally with multinational exposure.
You will work closely with leadership to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing, rapid experimentation, and full-funnel campaign management.
You'll lead strategy and execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.), with full ownership of growth KPIs and a clear focus on data, scale, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Own strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.)
Allocate and manage large monthly budgets efficiently across markets and channels
Build scalable campaigns across UAE, KSA & GCC markets with clear performance targets
Collaborate with internal creative teams to guide ad messaging, landing pages, and funnel strategy
Analyze and report on campaign performance, ROI, and attribution; implement continuous improvement
Manage media buying across platforms with a performance-first mindset (ROAS, CAC, LTV)
Collaborate with brand, product, and data teams to align business objectives and marketing efforts
Mentor and build the in-house marketing team or manage agencies/freelancers as required
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns specifically for our forex broker client, ensuring compliance, performance efficiency, and high-quality lead acquisition
Requirements
7-10+ years in performance marketing, with a strong background in agency and in-house environments
Proven track record managing high-budget campaigns
Experience working with multinational or premium consumer brands
Deep understanding of media buying, ad operations, attribution, and performance analytics
Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GA4, and tracking tools like Stape.io, Segment, or similar
Highly analytical with a bias for experimentation and iteration
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
Experience scaling D2C brands or eCommerce platforms across multiple geographies
Hands-on experience with marketing tools and attribution platforms
Familiarity with Shopify Plus and WooCommerce
Regional experience in MENA/GCC or global market rollouts
