On a given day, you will:Strategise, create, monitor, and optimise the high volume of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other third-party digital media outlets Utilise advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, DataStudio) to monitor key performance indicators, conduct A/B testing, and continuously refine targeting strategies Analyse key performance metrics (CPL, CPA, and ROAS) to improve campaign effectiveness continuously Collaborate seamlessly with other teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure campaign strategies align with overall marketing goals and deliver optimal results Prepare and present detailed performance reports based on performance data, including future campaign recommendations Leverage AI tools for automation, predictive analytics, and real-time decision-making to enhance targeting precision and campaign efficiency

We would love to work with you if you:Have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in fintech or financial services Possess professional fluency in English Demonstrate expertise in managing and optimising large-scale paid media campaigns Show strong proficiency in campaign management platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) Have an in-depth understanding of markets, including audience preferences, local platforms, and cultural nuances Bring a strategic mindset combined with excellent execution skills Have experience in scaling user acquisition in markets Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies
