We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Payroll Specialist
to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing, reconciliations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including overtime, deductions, and final settlements (EOSB).
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory payroll requirements.
Handle timely and accurate End of Service Benefit (EOSB) calculations and disbursements.
Maintain and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Complete payroll-related tasks and reports for month-end and year-end closing.
Support internal and external audits with required payroll and HR data; resolve audit findings.
Drive automation and improvements in payroll and time & attendance systems.
Ensure proper checks, controls, and validations are in place and consistently executed.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all employees and company payroll information.
Continuously review payroll processes and recommend improvements aligned with best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and payroll accounting.
Strong understanding of payroll provisions, and financial reconciliation.
Proficient in payroll software and HRIS systems.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred:
Exposure to multinational or large corporate environments.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
