Senior Payroll Specialist

We are currently recruiting a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our HR team here in Dubai and to process payroll and all day-to-day activities related to it. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
Time and attendance regularisation
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll at all times while reviewing data related to incentives, increments, resignations etc.
Work closely with finance for processing payments
Preparation of MIS report for review and approval
End of service/ vacation salaries
Must have experience handling 1,000+ employees
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience, ideally taken from an F&B/Manufacturing environment. Excellent MS Excel skills are essential, and preference will be given to candidates with experience working with HRMS Payroll modules. Experience with Emiratization payroll process (GPSSA, Nafis etc.) would be preferred.
