Lead and manage the procurement of OEM, aftermarket, and performance automotive parts from local and international markets.
Build and maintain strong vendor networks globally (dealers, OEMs, manufacturers, wholesalers).
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines to optimize cost savings.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
Review and approve purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level procurement staff.
Collaborate with workshop, service, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in automotive procurement.
Excellent knowledge of global sourcing (US, Europe, GCC, Japan).
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and leadership skills.
