About the Opportunity
In this role, you will report to the Global head of Partnerships and Events and support the strategic development and execution of the Manchester City and Majesticks partnerships globally
What you\'ll be doing
Lead the creative development and execution of campaigns
Rights management: Ensure all assets are used and deployed
Responsible for Partner Appearance Management at Events
Responsible for hospitality program ticket requests and hospitality Program Management for for leadership, Institutional, Web3, Media and Press/ Affiliates
Collaborate closely with local markets and CGC team to ensure strong leverage of all assets and campaigns
Oversee local markets partnership campaigns and approval process
Collaborate with a set of internal and external agency partners across Brand, Brand Design, Growth, Products, Social and Community and PR to develop and execute plans surrounding our above partnerships.
Own and manage budgets across all projects
Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met
Lead the NFT and Web3 strategy with partners
Conscious of ROI and obsesses over results
What we look for in you
Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or Communications, or any other related field
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Fluent in English
Excellent communication skills
Experience developing and launching sports partnership campaigns
Being creative and thinking outside of the box
Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to collaborate with all time zones
Execution-oriented mindset - with humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
Ability to make strategic decisions, matching customer needs with business needs
Prefers autonomy and works collaboratively
Is proactive and takes initiative
Willingness/flexibility to travel
