Description
- Prepares memorandums, letters and all required documents. Delivers appropriately upon approval, and files a copy of each document for reference purposes.
- Gathers data and conducts research on legal aspects; refers to specialized books, legal libraries and other sources of information.
- Responds to all requests by the Courts for further information related to company's cases/claims on an appropriately and timely manner, to ensure that all relevant information is made available for consideration.
- Prepares reports regarding the Company's legal activities, showing the status and details of all current cases
- Keeps records and maintains an efficient filing system for all legal documents, to ensure that each document is available and can easily be retrieved for future reference.
- Conducts first level review of all employee grievance discussions and suggests appropriate action plans.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Paralegal: 5 years (Required)
- French (Required)
