- Operations Reporting Specialist provides analysis and business intelligence to identify meaningful patterns and communicates data via data visualization and reporting techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reports to support in global weekly, monthly quarterly and annual reporting.
- Produce presentations, dashboards and reports as business needs require.
- Analyze data output and reporting received by the Department from other teams to ensure accuracy.
- Produce ad-hoc reporting requests as business needs require.
- Contribute to the review and analysis of new business, rule changes or system changes that impact reporting processes and perform testing.
- Analyze business processes and provide recommendations and suggestions for improvement in any aspects to increase performance and efficiency.
- Comprehensive understanding of internal control environments within the operational and risk management functions.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all functions and levels of the organization.
- Able to ensure effective, accurate and timely reporting.
- Collect and interpret data, analyzing results and identifying patterns and trends in data sets.
- Quality and cost management measures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Knowledge of Data Analytics with at least one year experience
- Medical or Insurance work background
