We are looking for a
highly experienced Operations Coordinator
to support the Operations Manager in handling daily operations, workforce scheduling, service coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate must have a strong background infacility management
and excellent organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling and dispatching technicians & drivers.
Coordinate service execution, ensuring smooth operations.
Monitor job progress and update reports.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
Support fleet and logistics planning for service efficiency.
Requirements:
4+ years in
Facility Management/Pest Control Experience
- "Only".Strong coordination, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, job tracking software is a plus.
Valid Driving License
Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
